Diamond Grove Center is located at 2311 Highway 15 South in Louisville, Mississippi which is approximately 90 miles northeast of Jackson, Mississippi, approximately 75 miles east of Meridian, Mississippi, and 30 miles west of Starkville, Mississippi. The population of Louisville is 7,006 and the county population is 19,876. However, the continued service area which includes the rural counties that surround Winston County.

Diamond Grove Center offers a broad range of treatment programs for children and adolescents through a multi-disciplinary staff of professionals that include Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses, Family Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers/Therapist, Mental Health Specialist, Recreation/Activity Therapist, Teachers and Occupational Therapist. Diamond Grove Center is comprised of three major components, 25 Child/Adolescent Acute Psychiatric beds (ages 5-17) and a 30-bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) (ages 6-17). Day Treatment Services is offered to the local school districts when needed. The facility incorporates a therapeutic milieu specifically designed for the treatment of serious emotional disturbances, psychological, and behavioral difficulties among children and adolescents between the ages of five and seventeen years.
