Residential Psychiatric Services

Our Residential Psychiatric Services is a 30 bed program for children and adolescents ages 6-17. The criteria for admission to the Residential Psychiatric Treatment Facility at the Diamond Grove Center contain broad, general elements that must be met as well as more specific requirements intended to help match the patient's needs with the facility's resources, ability and capacity for providing the necessary care. Admission to a residential psychiatric care program or facility is a non-emergency admission, appropriate when an individual does not require acute care hospitalization, but does require supervision and active treatment on a 24-hour basis to attain a level of functioning that allows subsequent treatment in a less restrictive setting.
